This is our most simple but effective climate controlled unit yet. Best thing about this unit is when you leave, you close up the doors and you are not only secure but it looks like a normal container. These units feature a new (one trip) container, 7600 BTU AC with heat window ac unit, studded and insulated (R13), 3/8″ exterior grade paneling used on interior walls, LED lighting and ample plugs, 125 amp exterior breaker box, 36″ exterior door and 36″ x 24″ window.
