Buy Containers
Do I want to purchase, rent or rent-to-own? When making the best decision for your situation, consider how long you expect to need the container. Purchasing containers is great if you know that you want it forever, but alot of time renting a container is more practical and lets you use the container for your project and turn it in at the end. Rent-To-Own is another great way to get the container you need now and pay for it over time. Our Rent-To-Own program is a (24) month lease purchase that typically starts with a minimal down payment and (24) monthly payments. Contact us today and get an immediate quote.
Standard Water-Tight Used Containers: These are quite simply plain used containers with no visible holes. They have good doors and floors with some exterior rust. Click here to go to Gallery
Reconditioned Used Containers: When we recondition a used container, we start by stripping any exterior rust on the roof, walls and doors. This process allows us to see anything that might be wrong with the container, weld any necessary repairs. We rework the doors, handles and hinges to ensure easy operation of the doors and lastly put a full coat of primer on the exterior to help protect them. Consider all of this a structural “go-thru” of the container so that it will last you longer. Click here to go to Gallery
One Trip Containers: These are what we consider to be new containers. They are manufactured overseas, filled up and shipped to their destination, unloaded and now are available for sale. One trip containers are available in a wide variety including double door containers and side door containers. Click here to go to Gallery

Shelving: Add shelves to your container to increase your storage capacity. Our shelf brackets are simple and easy to use, require no welding and are simple to install. They are removable and can easy be taken down or moved to another side of the container if needed. They provide (3) 18” shelves without sacrificing any floor space because they hang from the load loops that are already in all containers.
36” Man Door or 72” Roll-Up Door: Make the most out of your container by adding additional access into your unit. These door options can be installed in either side of the container or in the end opposite the original doors.
Windows: Allow natural light into your container or the ability to get fresh air in. We construct our own steel frames that are welded into the container and the windows are installed from the inside. Available with and without burglar bars. Normal size is 36” x 36” horizontal slide, but larger sizes are available.
Louvered Vents: Worried about excessive heat build up in your container or worried about condensation issues? These simple, yet effective vents can be added to your container to help equalize the interior and exterior temperature. It is great to let your container breathe and these do the trick. We recommend installing one on each end of the container to allow air to flow through the container.
Exterior and Interior Painting: Whether painting your container to make it look nicer or wanting to add another layer of protection, we can repaint your container with a high-quality water-reducible protective enamel coating.

When the driver reaches your destination, he will meet with you to discuss and inspect the location where you are wanting the container to sit. We will be looking for overhead obstructions, make sure the driving surface is adequate to hold the weight of the truck, and be looking for any safety concerns. All of this done prior to unloading the container.
Delivery of the container is done with a tilt bed truck or trailer. We set the back end of the container down and slide the bed out from under the container. It is a very precise unload, it doesn’t just slide off the back.
When unloading a 20 foot container, we need a minimum of 75 Feet of straight clearance and a 40 foot container we need a minimum of 120 Feet. The driver is able to turn, jackknife, etc. to get into position for unload but the truck and trailer have to be straight during the actual unloading (if not the container can flip off the side). Keep in mind that we need 21 Feet of unobstructed vertical height to safely unload the containers, so keep power lines, signs, and awnings in mind.

This design was built with durability in mind. When our customer came to us needing shelter for her Great Danes, we built a custom unit strong enough to withstand the abuse of 180# dogs. We added windows and vents for ventilation and natural light, openings for the dogs to go in and out, sealed the floors to protect against the weather, partition walls made of steel (built with the walls 4” off the floor to allow for cleaning and drainage) and the used expanded metal to protect against the animals jumping on the windows and risk breaking or hurting themselves. Unit is complete with lighting, electrical and fans. Final product—an indestructible dog kennel for comfort and durability. Call for price. |
