We keep our standard “cookie cutter” offices and custom cut boxes in inventory, but when your needs are different, we can always custom build to suit your needs. You provide us your design (we can even do custom lengths), and we can provide you with a quote and lead time. Our customers range from construction, oil-field, plants and refineries, to sand and gravel and our container conversions are as unique as the customers we serve so let us provide you with exactly what you want. Quality is our motivation behind all of our work. Although we will always use what you want, we highly recommend starting these projects using a one trip container. The cost of the container is just a small portion of the cost, why not use the BEST unit possible to ensure your customer container lasts as long as you need it too. All our window and door components are made by us with quality in mind.

When building out our office units, we frame the interiors out with 2×4’s at 16″ centers, just like a house. Electrical is then run inside the studs with fiberglass batts or spray foam insulation. We finish the interiors with 3/8″ Smartboard exterior grade paneling on the interior (this stuff is tough!). Although our standard office units do not include restrooms, we can certainly add them and always use licensed plumbers when we do.

You don’t have to be an artist, just draw us a simple picture showing us what you want and we can typically coach you through the rest. Keep in mind, we’ve been doing this for quite a while, that’s why you came to us in the first place.
